My Story

From the racetrack
to real estate.

Renee Hackett promotional portrait and bio

Before stepping into the real estate world, I spent years running a racetrack and a traveling race series across North Carolina, South Carolina, and Virginia. In that world, you learn to lead, communicate under pressure, and solve massive problems in a split second. Today, I bring that same high octane energy, calm under fire mindset, and elite negotiation skills to the real estate table.

My real estate journey started back in 2007 during the market crash. Frustrated by the lack of top tier service from agents at the time, I decided to take matters into my own hands, buying single-family homes, duplexes, townhomes, and multi-family apartments. I initially got my license in 2016 just to manage my own portfolio, but when I started helping friends and family do the same, I fell in love with the process.

Helping others build generational wealth and achieve their real estate dreams quickly turned from a personal tool into a full-time passion.

Whether you are buying your very first home or looking to build a massive investment portfolio, I treat every single transaction as if it were my own money on the line.

Life Outside the Deal

The person behind
the professional.

After living in my hometown of Asheboro for 52 years, I recently made the move to Kernersville. You can frequently find me exploring the Winston-Salem area, but I'm still a regular at my favorite Asheboro boutiques and restaurants!

I'm a proud mom of two incredible grown kids — a licensed plumber and a college student pursuing a medical career. When I'm not closing deals, I'm usually right back at the racetrack, out on the lake riding jet skis or boating, working on a puzzle, or cooking up a storm.

My friends all know that food is my ultimate love language (because a good meal solves almost anything!).

I love my life, my smile is contagious, and I believe the real estate process should be just as fun as it is rewarding. Let's grab a bite, talk strategy, and get to work on your legacy!
